§ 1. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing the data of visitors to the Auto Krek website.

2. The personal data controller is P.W. AUTO KREK s.c. Vasyl Kretskyi i Mariia Kretska located at: ul. Szosa 35A, 28-400 Bogucice Drugie, VAT No (NIP): 6621812482 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

4. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and current Polish law on personal data protection.

§ 2. Purposes and basis of data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Handling correspondence and telephone contact – if the User initiates contact themselves. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in handling inquiries.
• Ensuring technical security – server logs (e.g. IP address) are processed based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.

§ 3. Data retention period

• Contact data – for the time necessary to handle correspondence and potential claims.
• Server logs – for the technical period specified by the hosting provider.

§ 4. Data recipients

Personal data may be transferred to external entities supporting the operation of the Website, including hosting and e-mail service providers.

§ 5. User rights

Every person has the right to: access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, withdraw consent to cookies, object, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).
